Course Objectives
Being entrusted with authority entails a great amount of responsibility on those appointed to the position of “supervisor”. Team, functional and organisational success lie, to a large extent, in their ability to manage two critical aspects – tasks and people; the latter is made up of various parties (internal and external) who can be simply grouped and termed as “stakeholders”.

Leveraging on their strengths (right attitude, skills, knowledge, network and experience, among others) is a positive way to overcome any challenges, and achieve the results desired. The skills and knowledge covered in this publication are sufficient to create real-world documents including letters, memos, faxes, basic flyers, basic newsletters, and the like.
